This pains me to write this, but I hope Jo Lynn's sees this for improvement. I ordered food from here for the first time since the fire happened, and sadly it was really poor. I got an order of french fries, and a large white pizza. The french fries were inedible. Totally soggy, bitter, and no salt on them at all. Then the pizza had the worst crust I've ever had from a take out place. It was very dense and bread like. There was almost no color to it, and no crisp whatsoever. The white sauce tasted like something I get in a jar from the grocery store, and the tomatoes were just mush. Jo Lynn's was my favorite pizza place before the fire, me and my family ordered from there on a weekly basis, but now it's horribly disappointing, and I hope they can fix the issues in the future.
Used to LOVE JoLynns. But sadly, not anymore. This week, Ordered food online. It said delivery 4:49 (which was 65 minutes from order time). Food showed up 20 minutes past that at 5:10. Pizza and wings were Cold. Wings weren’t very good. Fries were stone cold, undercooked and just nasty. Food (and delivery) is no where near what it used to be.
To start off I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the host was very patient with me & was very knowledgeable about the menu. Thank you 😁 I ordered a small steak salad, fried zucchini & a 2 Leter of Pepsi. After ordering I misunderstood the gentleman & thought he said 60 minutes. He said 50 minutes (F0 minutes) lol 😂 We laughed. My food arrived quickly, the steak salad & the fried zucchini was great!! The delivery driver was awesome, he forgot my Pepsi but ran back to get it & bought me another 1 on him! So sweet of him! Thank you for doing such a great job! Keep up the great work! I will definitely be a repeat customer & will refer everyone I know.
Ordered food from Jo-Lynn's several times because each time kept us craving more. Their calzones are tightly packed from end to end. Amazing dough to filling ratio. Self proclaimed pizza connoisseurs my husband and I believe their pizza is one of the best in the area. (we are not from western pa and where we come from the pizza is very different so often find it difficult to find a good, remind us of home pizza) To top it off, their homemade ranch is so delicious it should be served in a pitcher to drink.
We ordered on a regular basis before the fire and was always satisfied. Tonight was the first time since the reopening that we had the chance to order. Over 100 dollars and waited 1.5 hours and didn't even receive the whole order. I called back and the boy that answered the phone, in my opinion, really just didn't care at all. I have been in this business for almost 30 years and if my store messed up a big order and acted like they didn't care I would fire all of them. I am super upset with all this considering before the fire jo Lynn's set the bar in the area. Very sad in the decline and will NEVER order again.
Ordered an extra large pizza with sausage and pepperoni and they put a ton of sausage only on 1 half of the pizza and a couple crumbs on the other half. It was extremely greasy and the crust was overcooked and had a toast like texture. I've liked their pizza many times before. This was just one bad experience.

I met Santa Claus a Jo-Lynn Pizza, he was disguised as a police officer, SGT as far as the disguise! Great food! They will attempt to make all their food to your specifications. I luv dis place!!!
Good food, small place with a few seats, great menu, perfect for game day eats. Good prices, great place to go if your from the area or just looking for some good eat'n vittles and happen to be in the area.
